Assistance with Daily Tasks

People with disabilities often require some level of specialized care. Each person with disabilities has different needs regarding their care, depending on the type and severity of their disabilities, and whether they are physical, mental or intellectual. We provide day to day support which includes cooking, cleaning, reading, making plans etc.

Transport Service.

Carer Group refers to various services and support provided to senior citizens or elderly individuals when they travel. The purpose is to ensure their safety, comfort, and convenience during their journeys, considering their specific needs and potential limitations associated with age.

Carer Group assistance in varies by situation like Specialized transportation, Accommodation, Medical support, Travel companionship, Priority services and Information and guidance.

Community Nursing

Carer Group provides many programs and services available to support the health of older Australians. Health services include those provided by medical practitioners, specialists and other health professionals in hospitals and clinics. Older people’s access to these services may vary according to where they live, their access to transport, their health and cultural background.

Assistance with daily living

Carer Group provides Assisting and Overseeing personal tasks of daily life to enable the participator to live as independently as possible. It covers Assistance with daily personal activities such as personal hygiene activities, or supervision of personal daily tasks, which support a participant to live as independently as possible at home, and in the community.
We Support enabling maximum independence in personal activities of daily living. These supports can be provided in a range of environments, including but not limited to, the participant’s own home.

We support individuals with high and complex needs who require specialized assistance with daily personal tasks. It includes mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, eating and managing medical care like PEG feeding, ventilator care, or catheter maintenance.

Our goal is to enhance the participant’s quality of life, ensuring their personal health and safety are properly maintained in their home or community setting.

Our life stage transition support helps individuals in undergoing significant life changes, such as transitioning from school to work, starting a job, moving into independent living, or adjusting to a new disability diagnosis. It includes mentoring, life skills training, building resilience, and developing capacity for self-management. 

Our aim is to empowerindividuals to confidently manage their lives and achieve greater independence and stability through life’s stages.

Our assist personal activities provide supports to the individuals in daily routines. It includes personal hygiene and grooming to meal preparation, mobility assistance, and managing household tasks. It ensures participants can maintain their hygiene, health, and dignity both at home and in the community. The service is designed to be flexible, adapting to each participant’s specific routine and cultural preferences while fostering as much independence as possible.

Our development-life skills support focuses on teaching practical life skills that help participants gain more independence in daily living. It includes training in personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, social skills, and using public transport. 

Our goal is to build capacity so individuals can manage their day to day needs with minimal assistance . Tailored programs ensure that each participant develops at their own pace, with a focus on long-term self-reliance and personal growth.

Speciality disability accommodation

Specialized Disability Accommodation

Specialist disability accommodation (SDA) is a range of housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
SDA dwellings have accessible features to help residents live more independently and allow other supports to be delivered better or more safely.

Participants eligible for SDA:

  • have an extreme functional impairment or very high support needs
  • meet the specialist disability accommodation needs requirement and the NDIS funding criteria

Early Childhood Supports

Our early childhood supports provides specialized early intervention for children aged 0-6 who have developed delays or disabilities. It includes therapies like speech, occupational, and physiotherapy, as well as family-centered support to build developmental milestones.

Our aim is to ​​give best start of children’s life, and services are designed to work closely with families and kindergartens, and schools to promote learning and socialization.

Exercise Physiology and Personal Training

Our exercise physiology and personal training service includes fitness programs which aim to improve participants’ physical health, strength and  mobility. Our well trained exercise physiologists or personal trainer work with the participants to develop safe and effective exercise routines. This will help in improving motor skills, manage chronic health conditions, boost confidence and promote long-term wellbeing.

Group Centre Activities

Our group centre activities includes structured group activities held in community centres or similar venues. It includes various activities like arts and crafts, sports, music, cooking classes, and social outings.

Our main aim is to encourage social interaction, skill-building, and personal development in a supportive, group setting, helping participants build friendships and reduce feelings of isolation.

Home Modification

Our home modification service helps individuals to make their home safer, it can be major or minor changes. Common changes include widening doorways, installing ramps and grab rails, modifying bathrooms and fitting emergency alarms.

This service involves assessment by qualified builders to design practical solutions that enhance the participant’s ability to move freely and safely.

 Household Tasks

Our supports for household tasks assist individuals with disability in essential daily activities. Support workers help with tasks such as cleaning, washing clothes, ironing, dishwashing, meal preparation, and lawn mowing.

The main goal is to maintain a safe clean, and healthy living environment, ensuring participants can continue living at home comfortably and hygienically.

Innovative Participate Community

The innovative participate community supports the individuals with disabilities to actively engage in community fostering their social and economic participation. It includes assistance with attending social groups, recreational acitivies, educational courses, volunteering or cultural events.

Our main aim is to reduce isolation, build confidence, and help particcipants feel included and connected with the community.

 Interpret/ Translate

Our interpret translate service provides interpreters or translators for participants who has difficulty with the communication because of a language barier or a communication disability. The service is typically used during medical appointments, to facilitate communication between NDIS participants and providers.

Our main aim is to make the communication easy and understandable.

Support Coordination

 Our support coordination service helps participants in understanding and utilizing their NDIS plan to pursue their future goals. Our support coordinator helps participants to connect with other NDIS providers, community mainstream and other government services.

Our main goal is to make the NDIS plan practical, effective and tailored to the participant’s evolving needs.

Our specialized driver training service under NDIS helps individual with disability  in driving learning, using adapted vehicles and specialized teaching methods. The program helps participants gain the skills and confidence needed to drive safely and independently. It also involves assessing the participant’s fitness to drive and may include vehicle modification advice to meet the individual accessibility needs.

Our therapeutic supports service under NDIS provides multiple supports like personal training, dietetics, exercise physiology, employment related counselling, occupational therapy, behaviour supports etc.

Our main aim is to improve the independence of the individuals and enable participation in daily, practical activities. It covers the areas such as language and communication, mobility and movement, personal care, interpersonal interactions and community living

Vehicle Modification

Our vehicle modification service under NDIS provides assistance to the participants to make their vehicle safer and more accessible. Modification can include installing wheelchair hoists, hand controls, ramps, specialized seating, and other assistive technology that allows individuals to drive or be transported safely and comfortably.

 Our goal is to increase personal freedom and mobility, especially for participants aiming to drive independently.

Our plan management service helps participant in managing funding in their NDIS plan. A plan manager takes care of budgeting, paying service providers, keeping financial records, and helping participants understand how their funds are used. This gives freedom to the participants in choosing providers while ensuring compliance with NDIS guidlines and avoiding administrative stress.
